The AQU Research Project Review, is an Open Journal System (OJS) that has been customized to facilitate the evaluation of research grant applications submitted by AQU faculty staff.

Once the research grant application form has been signed by the researcher(s), reviewed by the College Research Committee and approved by the the Head of the Academic Dept. and the Dean of the College, the principal researcher can uploaded the form to the AQU Research Project Review system for further review and approval at the College of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research (CGSSR) and the AQU Research Council.

Thereafter, the research grant application will be sent for external review and the principal researcher can monitor the progress through the system.

We request that only official AQU emails be used to access the system.

Once the external review has been conducted, the AQU Research Council will consider the external referees evaluation. The decision of the AQU Research Council and feedback from the external referees comments and recommendation will subsequently be shared by the CGSSR with the researchers, as applicable.
