AQU Book Publication Review (OJS)
This is an internal OJS workflow dedicated to facilitating the evaluation of faculty book publication requests at Al Qasimia University through to a final decision. It is not a journal and does not accept research articles. All correspondence and peer review occur within the platform, with reviewer confidentiality maintained.
Submission and tracking

Required signatures: The Book Publication Request Form must be signed by the corresponding author, the department chair, the college research committee chair, and the college dean.

Upload: The corresponding author uploads the signed form via the system using the official university email. The College of Graduate Studies & Scientific Research conducts an initial check.

External review: Eligible submissions proceed to confidential external peer review. The corresponding author can track progress on the dashboard.

Outcomes and next steps: Upon completion of external review, the Academic Publishing Department at the College of Graduate Studies & Scientific Research shares reviewers’ comments and recommendations with the authors and oversees the scholarly and editorial steps through to the final decision.
